Announce your arrival, present your documents, and pay for the planned length of stay in advance. A day of stay runs from 12:00 noon until 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
The guest agrees to pay the accommodation provider the price for accommodation, communicated in advance, as well as the price for related services according to the provider's valid price list.
Keep proof of payment for the entire duration of your stay. Place a sign showing the dates of your stay visibly on the tent, and a parking-payment sign behind your car's windshield.
The campsite manager assigns guests a camping or parking spot according to their booking or agreement.
Every guest must familiarize themselves with these Operating and Accommodation Rules and is obliged to follow them.
By paying for accommodation, the guest confirms that they have been made familiar with these Operating and Accommodation Rules and have fully understood them.
A maximum speed of 10 km/h applies throughout the entire campsite grounds.
Keep the area tidy, especially around drinking-water points. Dispose of waste only in designated places.
Do not damage the sanitary facilities and showers, and keep them clean.
Observe quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Fires are only permitted in places designated and marked for this purpose by the campsite operator.
Follow the instructions of the campsite manager; in the event of a serious breach of these rules or of civil conduct, the manager may end the guest's stay without a refund of the accommodation price.
The guest is liable for damage caused to the campsite operator's property in accordance with generally binding regulations. In the event of damage, the guest will cover the costs necessary to restore the original condition.
Dog owners must present a valid vaccination certificate at check-in. Dogs may not roam freely around the grounds. Keep your dog under control so it does not disturb others, and remove any dog waste.
Dogs are not allowed on the fenced playground; keep the playground tidy.
It is forbidden to damage, arbitrarily alter, or otherwise interfere with the greenery anywhere on the campsite grounds.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for children's safety while on the grounds.
Quad bikes are not permitted on the campsite grounds.
Providing catering services on the campsite grounds is prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in the campsite's enclosed common areas (sanitary facilities).
Digging trenches around tents or burying caravan wheels is prohibited.
Washing or repairing motor vehicles on the campsite grounds is prohibited.
Hammocks may only be hung with prior agreement from the campsite manager.
Camping within 10 m of the jetty is prohibited.
If the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (available at https://www.chmi.cz/) issues a storm or high-wind warning, camping within the falling radius of trees is prohibited.
In the event of a long-term utility outage, guests are not entitled to alternative accommodation.
The campsite operator is the controller of the guest's personal data within the meaning of Art. 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the "Regulation") and undertakes to handle the guest's personal data in accordance with it. Before booking, the operator informs the guest, per Art. 13 of the Regulation, about the processing of their personal data. Any of the guest's personal data whose processing or transfer requires consent under the Regulation is processed by the operator only on the basis of that consent.
